I’ve been a board-certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Menopause Health Coach, and Sleep Consultant since 2018, helping my clients from around the world achieve their health and wellness goals. I specialize in creating personalized plans for menopausal women and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired outcomes. The essence of my work is to meet you where you are at and facilitate identifying the source of the issues, so that you can effectively overcome them confidently and for the long-term.

I specialize in female metabolism and menopause. This is an area many nutritionists, personal trainers and coaches are not well versed in. It is my passion to help women work with their bodies and hormonal changes. I have over 100 hours in female metabolism training and specialized training working with women in peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
